David Sobyra This is why I love Bandcamp. I find these fantastic bands from the other side of the planet playing this fucking incredible music. The Dunes are a revelation. I've always loved long, hard-edged rock songs. They remind me of some of my favorite long Neil Young jams or the Velvet Underground live. Fucking fabulous. I hope they make it to the States. If not, I'm gonna have to travel to Adelaide. But I'm going to see this band live. Favorite track: A Thousand Crimes (Extended).

Nik Havert This is a great live psychedelic rock album from Australia. This band deserves to be known far beyond their home continent.

Here's my full review. www.7thlevelmusic.com?p=183 Favorite track: Door To The Mind.

Michael Reilly This live offering from Adelaide's Three D Radio features versions possessing even darker depths and deeper grooves than their original recordings – a sound that adds further texture into the mix for this great band. Favorite track: Badlands.

about

The Dunes Adelaide, Australia

...dark psychedelic undertones, simultaneously allowing the songs room to breathe and fill the room. Add to this the sea of pedals and heavily reverbed vocals - it’s easy to get lost in the wall of bliss.
